Abstract
Children are often described as the future, but seldom are they acknowledged as the present. In a nation where over 29% of its populace falls between the ages of 15 to 29, and a staggering 64% is below 30, children are not just our future; they are our today [1]. As Pakistan's population burgeons, expected to touch 280 million by 2030, with the youth constituting about 100 million of that number, it is crucial that we invest in their mental well-being
