Abstract

Physical and mental health of the people plays an important role in sustainable development.   Healthy mind and safe circumstances are more important in situations where decisions and actions involving the life and death of people are taken, as in the field of medicine. Recent studies have revealed that the rate of major depression and suicidal behaviour is on the rise among healthcare workers due to stressful working conditions.
